James Artzer

Attorney


James focuses on construction and infrastructure projects, contract review and negotiation and litigation.  James has experience with conducting hearings, mediations and arbitrations.

Joe Freeman

Attorney


Joe Freeman’s practice primarily focuses on litigation and alternative dispute resolution in the construction industry. He has experience in the construction industry, both in general contracting and consulting.

Joe Henner

Attorney


Joe has over 30 years of experience in construction law, both litigation and project management.  He has worked with clients on projects and cases across the globe, including Asia, Europe, Africa and North and South America.  His practice focuses on helping clients achieve successful completion of projects on time and on budget by preventing disputes or resolving them early and efficiently.

 

Kathleen Kapetanovic

Attorney


Kathleen brings a diverse range of litigation experience to the firm, but with a consistent focus on complex technical and scientific issues.  She has over 15 years of experience taking multi-million dollar cases to trial, particularly working with experts and developing their testimony.

Nan Leverett

Attorney


For 20 years, Nan has represented individuals and businesses in a variety of industries in both litigation and transactional areas.  Practice areas include commercial real estate, construction transactions, property & premises, products liability, personal injury, and business formation. Nan’s commercial litigation background includes commercial leases, easement law, general property law, and various business contract disputes.

Chris Olsen

Attorney


Chris has represented clients in a diverse range of practice areas, including construction litigation, complex civil and commercial litigation, government contracts, and corporate governance.  He represents corporate entities and individuals in state and federal courts, arbitration, and with matters before administrative agencies, and has successfully briefed and argued numerous matters before trial and appellate courts. 

 
 

Tyler Scarbrough

Tyler has practiced exclusively in construction and infrastructure projects both domestic and international for over a decade.  He focuses on construction litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution and government contracting.  Tyler is the managing partner of the firm.

Jill Daley

Office Manager/Paralegal


Jill has over 20 years of litigation experience working on multi-million dollar cases, from the filing of a complaint to trial. She has managed highly complex cases, and coordinated communications with clients, contractors and government and administrative agencies. Jill also assists with managing Henner & Scarbrough’s daily operations.

Cara Davis

Paralegal


Cara has 20 years of paralegal experience, 15 of those focusing on litigation. Her tenure has included work on both civil and criminal practices, but most recently she has focused only on construction matters.

Mandy Evangelista

Paralegal


Mandy concentrates on complex commercial litigation matters and breach of contract disputes. She has spent the last four focused exclusively on construction. Over her 20-year career, she has become a leader in the discovery process, including the management of e-discovery and performing document reviews. She has over 15 years of trial experience in various courts and arbitration venues across the country.

Susan Quattrocchi

Paralegal


Susan has over 35 years of experience as a construction litigation paralegal.  She has assisted attorneys during jury trials, arbitrations, and BCA hearings. Her cases have involved road construction, airports, coal fired power plants, nuclear power plants, wastewater treatment projects and other industrial facilities.
